Your swimming team’s logo or custom design right into the thickest, softest swim team towels available. These custom towels are great for swim clubs, swim teams, private pools, swimming competitions, awards and end of year banquet gifts! For that extra soft feel, choose a velour finish for your custom towel. We can even personalize each towel by weaving the swimmer’s name into the fabric.

Questions and Answers

Q. What is the quality of your towels?
A. A thick woven towel of the highest quality. These woven towels are a premium quality product.

Q. Are your towels “reversible”?
A. No (See Sample of back here)

Q. Will the towel shrink in the dryer?
A. Woven towels are made with 96% cotton, which is susceptible to shrinking at higher drying temperatures — just like cotton shirts or pants. We recommend drying on a lower heat to retain maximum size.

Q. If I wash my towel, will the colors bleed?
A. No. The yarn is dyed and washed thoroughly to ensure an absolute minimum chance of bleeding. However, we cannot guarantee there won’t be any bleeding. Washing red towels (or red anything, for that matter) with your whites is not recommended.

Q. How quick is your turnaround?

Q. Can I place a rush order?
A. No, due to the type of production this item requires it can not be rushed.

Q. Is this towels printed?
A. No. Woven towels are 100% woven. Your logo, graphics or design actually are the towel itself, which makes for a much nicer looking and feeling towel that lasts a long time and doesn’t feel scratchy against the skin. Q. What if I don’t have a logo or artwork?
A. Our design team is more than happy to assist you in designing a custom towel. Please contact lacey@shopUmall.com to get started.

Q. Can towels be personalized? 
A. Yes, as long as there is adequate room in the design for the names, it can be added. It just needs to run vertically or horizontally, not at an angle.

Q. How many characters can personalization be?
A. It depends on where it goes and the amount of space the design allows for, but our rule of thumb is approximately 27-30 characters, including spaces.

Q. How does personalization work?
A. You can personalize as many or as few of the towels in your order as you would like. We require an Excel document with the names listed in a single column exactly as you’d like it to appear on the towels (ALL CAPS, First Letter Capitalized, all lowercase, etc.). If you have the same name going on multiple towels, repeat the name in the list for as many towels needs to be created for that name.

Q. Are the personalized towels embroidered?
A. No, the names are woven directly into the towel like the rest of the design. This allows the name to be at a substantial size and legible from a distance.

Q. How many colors can I have?
A. Up to 3 colors.
