What products do you sell in the SuitUp Water Sports retail store?
Our retail swim store is fully stocked year round with suits, goggles, accessories, training aids and gifts for water enthusiasts of all abilities, sizes and ages.
Do you sell High School Varsity Letter Jackets?
Yes, we have stock for several local high schools and can custom order any color combination or style you desire.
Can we get special pricing for our Group Order?
Yes, please contact us about Group Pricing for your project, or look for Group Pricing information in the product description area of the product you are interested in ordering.
What custom decorating services do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, sewn twill and CAD (computer aided design) digital graphic applications.
What garment styles do you offer?
We have accounts with many vendors for t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, jackets, sweatpants, warm-ups, performance wear, workwear, polos, tank tops, mesh tank tops, Varsity Letter Award Jackets and more.
Do you outfit swim teams?
Yes, we are a full service swim team outfitter, please contact us about outfitting your team.
Can we set up online ordering for our team?
Yes, we can set up an online store for your team. Various options are available, including payment collection and full service Bag & Tag. We can also add a fundraising amount for team support.
What other fundraising, reward or team building products do you offer?
We are members of the Ad Specialty Industry and have access to special pricing and thousands of products to meet your needs.
What is screen printing?
Screen printing is applying specialty ink to fabric to produce an image. Screen print pricing is based on garment price, quantity of prints and print locations, and number of colors in each print location. Pricing decreases as you increase the number of each print and increases as you add print locations and colors.
What is embroidery?
Embroidery uses thread to sew a design into fabric. The design must first be digitized, which converts the design into a format recognizable by an embroidery machine.
What is sewn twill?
Twill fabric is cut into the desired shape and sewn onto the fabric to create a design.
What are CAD digital graphic applications?
The design is cut from specialty material and applied with a commercial heat press, or printed onto specialty material first and then applied with a commercial heat press.
Can I bring my own goods to you for decoration?
We do not work on client supplied goods for quality control purposes.
Are you licensed?
We are licensed to produce trademarked logos for George Mason University and select Greek organizations. All licensed merchandise sales are reported back as required by your organization and a portion of the purchase price is given back in the form of royalties.
What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
Most custom orders are ready to ship or pick up in our store in 5 – 7 business days.
Group orders may take 7 -10 business days after art approval.
Swim caps, kickboards and backstroke flags will ship in 2 -3 weeks.
Production times may vary by job requirements and size, also time of year due to increased production volume. Any orders placed on a Holiday are considered as being ordered on the following business day.
Note for Greek Sewn Letters: Orders placed before Monday by the end of day are estimated to be ready to ship (or ready for pick-up in store) by this coming Saturday @ Noon. Any orders placed after this time are estimated to be ready to ship (or ready for pick-up in store) by the following Saturday @ Noon. Any orders placed on a Holiday are considered as being ordered on the following business day.
Example: If ordered on Monday the 1st estimated completion date is Saturday the 6th. If ordered on Tuesday the 2nd (Or if Mon the 1st is a Holiday) estimated completion date is Saturday the 13th.
How do you ship?
Standard shipping is USPS for $7.99. Large orders, oversize or heavy items may require additional shipping. Shipping to your location is included on select products. Check the product description for the product you are interested in ordering.
We also use UPS and FedEx as needed.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 5 -7 business days of your order receipt. Exceptions will be noted in the product description area of the product you are interested in.
Are there minimums on custom items?
Minimums will vary by product and this information can usually be found in the description of the product you are interested in.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Only On-line Gift Cards are available and must be used on our online store. shopUmall.com
What is your Return Policy?
Custom Products are made specifically for you according to your instructions and may not be returned or exchanged. If we have made an error on your custom order, we will replace it at no charge to you.
All other products may be returned within 21 days, with receipt, in brand new condition, in original packaging with tags.
What is a Certified Women Owned Business?
We have met the Virginia requirements for and are registered as a Small, Women and/or Minority –owned business.
We collect personal information when you place an order on our website. This information is used on our website to process your transactions. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order in addition to receiving company news, updates, product information, contests or promotions.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
